Archer Aviation is expanding beyond aircraft development with an aviation-focused AI platform, ZEE, designed to use aircraft operations data, air traffic communications, maps, terrain, and weather for applications across air taxis, unmanned aircraft, commercial aviation, and air traffic management. In August 2026, it announced agreements to acquire Boeing Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid subsidiaries to strengthen autonomous flight and airspace intelligence capabilities.
