Archer Aviation Acquires Wisk Aero From Boeing in Share Deal
Archer Aviation will acquire former rival Wisk Aero and two additional Boeing subsidiaries, buying them through a share exchange announced in a regulatory filing. Boeing will receive newly issued Archer shares worth 19.75% of Archer’s outstanding stock before closing, leaving Boeing with about a 16.5% stake after the deal. The purchase follows their trade-secret dispute settlement and aligns both teams’ eVTOL efforts.
