Apple Sets Pay Targets of $58M for Ternus and $47M for Cook
Apple disclosed in a filing with the SEC that new CEO John Ternus will receive a compensation package worth about $58 million in fiscal 2027. It also outlined a $3 million annual base salary and a stock grant with a target value of $55 million next year. Tim Cook’s executive chairman role is set to pay around $47 million.
