Amgen and AstraZeneca reported late-stage trial results showing Imdelltra plus Imfinzi improved overall survival, progression-free survival and response rate versus Imfinzi alone for extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer after standard initial therapy. The companies said no new safety concerns were identified. Imdelltra generated $513 million in sales last year, about 23% of Amgen’s revenue.
