American Water Unit to Invest $0.9M for West Virginia Main Upgrades
American Water Works’ West Virginia unit plans to invest $0.9 million to upgrade aging water infrastructure, replacing about 2,000 feet of water main with a new 6-inch PVC line. The project supports reliability and safer, higher-quality service. It is part of a broader effort to invest more than $129 million in West Virginia in 2026, alongside larger planned investment levels statewide and companywide.
