Amazon Forecasts Its US Delivery Network Nearing 90% of Packages by 2029
Amazon’s preliminary planning document forecasts its own delivery network will handle 86.3% of US packages in 2027, rising to 87.4% in 2028 and 88.7% in 2029, as total volume grows from about 14.1 billion to 17.8 billion packages. The plan also projects Amazon’s USPS share falling from roughly 13% to 8% by 2029.
