Alphabet Signs First Nuclear Deal, Extends Finland Reactor to 2050
Alphabet signed its first nuclear deal by extending Finland’s Loviisa reactor through 2050. The agreement comes alongside a 13 billion euro AI infrastructure commitment in Finland. The move was paired with a jump in long-term debt to $98.2 billion, suspension of buybacks, and management guidance for 2026 capex of $175 billion to $185 billion.
