Allstate says it is building Allie, a proprietary agentic AI platform with eight integrated components, including one designed to manage all customer interactions. CEO Tom Wilson described the system during a Q2 2026 earnings call, saying it builds on earlier analytics work that already helps automate customer service tasks and supports selling policies online.
