Akeso and Summit Phase III shows ivonescimab survival edge over Keytruda
Akeso and Summit Therapeutics said ivonescimab improved overall survival for non-small cell lung cancer in the randomized Phase III HARMONi‑2 trial, beating Merck’s Keytruda, which had been the global standard for nearly a decade. Ivonescimab also delayed progression at 11.14 months vs 5.82 and targets PD‑1 and VEGF; additional HARMONi‑3 and a US EGFR-mutant approval decision are pending for 2026 and 14 Nov.
