Air Canada and Airbus announced a jointly funded Sustainability Co‑Investment Platform to accelerate commercial-scale Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in Canada. The partners plan to invest up to €9.2 million to support SAF innovation and production, including pushing a selected Canadian project toward a final investment decision. They will work with federal and provincial partners and align with C‑SAF to improve supply and pricing for renewable fuels.
