AIA said value of new business from its independent financial adviser and broker channel rose 21% in the first half of 2026, its fastest-growing distribution route after agency. The growth is concentrated in a shrinking partner set, with the insurer engaging around 10% of Hong Kong brokers. Hong Kong partnership VONB grew 28% CAGR since 2023, while group VONB and profitability also increased.
