After Losing Salad & Go Lease Bid, Dutch Bros Explores New Real Estate
Dutch Bros agreed to pay $105 million to acquire up to 65 leases from the bankrupt Salad & Go chain, aiming to expand using adaptive reuse and acquisitions. It has opened new sites in repurposed former banks and other buildings, including plans to convert a leased former Starbucks space. The company is also considering additional unconventional real estate options.
