Aehr Test Systems received a follow-on production order from its lead silicon photonics WLBI customer for a fully automated FOX-XP multi-wafer production burn-in system. The setup includes nine WaferPak test blades delivering up to 3,500 watts for reliability screening of silicon photonic integrated circuits used in optical transceivers and chip-to-chip optical I/O, supporting expanded customer manufacturing capacity.
