Aduro selected Saipem to provide preliminary services for its first hydrochemolytic technology (HCT) facility at Chemelot Industrial Park in Sittard-Geleen, Netherlands. The plant is designed as an initial industrial-scale step toward future deployments, using a stage-gated engineering and validation model. Operations are expected in early 2027 with capacity around 10,000 tonnes per year.
