Addvalue’s subsidiary will supply Viasat’s Inter-satellite Data Relay Service to U.S. government customers via the HaloNet managed service. Using Viasat’s GEO L-band network, the IDRS onboard terminal can provide near-continuous LEO connectivity for up to 99% of an orbit, with sub-two-second latency, enabling real-time tasking, urgent data downlinks, and faster anomaly response for mission operators.
