NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC), the joint venture including ACWA Power, completed construction of its $8.5 billion green hydrogen mega-project at Oxagon. Green hydrogen is produced via electrolysis powered by renewable solar and wind, and NGHC says dedicated renewable generation infrastructure is about 95% complete, targeting up to 4 GW by mid-2026, electrolyzer commissioning, and first green ammonia in 2027.
